Self catering beach house

Cod’s view beach house is 150 meters from the waters edge. The house is in an elevated position with magnificent sea and breaker views. A pathway leads directly to the beach.

The house has 4 luxury bedrooms all with double beds and ceiling fans. sleeps 8 people comfortably with 3 ensuite bathrooms.

The living area is open plan with lounge and dining area leading onto the patio all enjoying sea views.

Fully equipped kitchen caters for 8. It has microwave, stove / oven and 2 fridge/freezers. There is a Laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Patio has outdoor furniture, Weber and gas braai. From the patio, lounge and bedrooms you can watch the whales and dolphins play.

Good security is provided with electric fence, motion sensors, automated gate and an alarm system connected to chubb security. There is a double lock up garage and secure parking for 3 additional cars.

DVD player and TV with DSTV decoder are provided. Please bring your own smart card.

To ensure carefree relaxation, cleaning staff can be arranged.

Linen is provided. Bath and beach towels are not provided please bring your own.
