This beautiful guesthouse property situated on a working farm and wine estate in the heart of the Western Cape wine country is even closer to the airport and ocean. Each of the 16 modern en-suite guesthouse rooms are 30 sq m/330 sq ft, with an additional terrace. Our guesthouse rooms are situated between the majestic Stellenbosch and Simonsberg mountains, with vineyard, mountain and valley views, providing an environment of beauty and tranquility. We also offer 2 rooms specially designed with families in mind. Come, relax at our pool, or enjoy a leisurely hike in the adjacent forests and mountains.

Restaurant
The Restaurant is located in the 150 year old manor house of the wine farm, where meals may be enjoyed on the terrace on warm summer mornings and evenings, or in the dining room where a fireplace keeps all cozy and warm on those cool mornings or evenings. Our menu is a set one, created daily using seasonal ingredients, such as our home grown vegetables, fruits and herbs, as well as fresh local products purchased daily. All meals are preceded by a glass of Rozendal's own health inspiring vinegar and are prepared with French country flair. The restaurant is open to the public 7 days a week, serving Lunch from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm and seating for Dinner from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The Restaurant is closed June - August. Please note that advance booking of Lunch and Dinner reservations are essential. The restaurant is open exclusively to our guests for Breakfast throughout the year.

Once this has been done it is agreed that the conditions of the cancellation policy have been accepted. Final payment of the remaining 50% of the total booking value is due in our bank account no less than 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation. Credit Card guaranteed bookings will be charged automatically, bookings via Cash/EFT should forward proof of payment prior to due date. v Cancellation charges are levied under the following conditions:§ Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full amount of the deposit.§ Cancellations made between 1 and 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total booking value.§ No-shows will be levied at 100% of the total booking value. v Cancellations are only accepted in writing (e-mail or fax). We recommend that all travellers take out cancellation insurance. We will be pleased to render an invoice to your insurers in the event of a claim. We always confirm cancellations in writing. Please demand written acknowledgement that we have accepted your cancellation. This is the only proof of cancellation we will accept.
